Real sound is a mindset of emotional well-being and freedom of self aversion, toxic stress. Sound and pre verbal sound bring us into the reality of our own senses. Knowing reality through sound is living from core and recognising again that we are personalised intuition. Experiencing the changes sound makes in ourself and our surroundings we wake up to the more subtile details of life.
Sound is omni present in the ear-th, this day and yourself. The music and the images of the sound mandalas stimulate flow and expanded selfconfidence. The idea is sound can contain optimum patterns for the brain if consciously used.
Sound hat contains balanced frequencies will make parts of the brain respond to the balanced frequency given. After a while the brain will balance itself and start producing new neural pathways.
This way sound can help us in multitude ways through the inner workings of our cells
